When "At Long Last Love" was withdrawn from release shortly after its opening and its savaging by the critics, I had to wonder if the film could really be that awful. So when it popped up on amazon a few weeks ago--and in blu-ray yet--I took a chance, believing that even if it wasn't the perfect musical, it had to have some redeeming graces.
