The Wind in the Willows is a 2006 live-action television adaptation of Kenneth Grahame's classic 1908 novel The Wind in the Willows. It was a joint production of the BBC and the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation and starred Matt Lucas, Bob Hoskins, Mark Gatiss, and Lee Ingleby, with a cameo appearance from Michael Murphy as the Judge. Rachel Talalay directed.

Badger, Rat and Mole are trying to save Toad Hall and its owner, their rich irresponsible airhead playboy friend Toad, from himself, as well as financial ruin, the court and a gang of conspiratorial weasels who have their eye on the place.
I'm a huge fan of Kenneth Grahame's The Wind in the Willows, to the point I read the entire novel to my long-suffering young son. And I read the whole thing in my terrible British accent. I'm pretty much the worst. This film, however, is not the worst. It's much better than I expected from the reviews, although not as good as I hoped from the cast.
