Raúl Rafael Juliá y Arcelay (9. maaliskuuta 1940 San Juan – 24. lokakuuta 1994) oli puertoricolainen näyttelijä.Hän voitti roolistaan elokuvassa Chico Mendes – Sademetsien pelastaja (1994) sekä Emmy-palkinnon että Golden Globen vuonna 1995.. Juliá lähti vuonna 1964 New Yorkin toteuttamaan unelmaansa menestyksekkäästä näyttelijänurasta.

Raúl Juliá, Nació el 9 de marzo de 1940 en San Juan, Puerto Rico . Estudios Cursó estudios en la Universidad de Puerto Rico, Recinto de Río Piedras, donde se graduó en 1964. Comenzó interpretando papeles de Shakespeare en producciones escolares. Luego se integró en el grupo Lamplighters y realizó parodias en el Hotel El Convento.
