Sir Harry Donald Secombe CBE, (Swansea, 8 september 1921 - Guildford, 11 april 2001) was een komiek, acteur, zanger en tv-presentator uit Wales.Secombe was een lid van het Britse radiokomedieprogramma The Goon Show (1951-1960), waarin hij vele personages speelde, met name Neddie Seagoon.
