Milk & Kisses is Cocteau Twins' final album, released in 1996. While exploring CT's music, I chose to leave M&K as the last thing I explored and I'm glad I did. It's not a bad album, but it's not quite a great one either. I would describe it as the "cherry on top" of an already outstanding discography.

He’s right. The same could be said of most pieces of music ever put to a cassette, disc or vinyl and the need to unpack Milk and Kisses robust themes cry for the right kind of attention. This has mostly to do with the fact that Cocteau Twins’ music is rather ambiguous and somewhat unique, but still manages to suit in the realms of dream pop.
