Made with a blend of premium meats including ribeye, filet mignon, and pork, this meatloaf elevates the classic comfort food to a luxurious dining experience.
Instructions: Heat oven to 350°F. Measure 1/4 cup tomato sauce; combine with brown sugar and mustard for topping. Set aside. Combine remaining tomato sauce with remaining meatloaf ingredients in large bowl, mixing lightly but thoroughly. Shape beef mixture into 8 x 4-1/2-inch loaf on rack in broiler pan. Spread topping over meatloaf.
In a large bowl, combine the beef, pork, Monterey Jack, onion, bread crumbs, egg whites, 2 tablespoons of the ketchup, the mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use your hands and make sure you mix the ingredients really well so they are thoroughly combined. Shape into a loaf about 9 by 5 inches. Place the loaf on the prepared baking rack.
