Picked this up solely based on the recommendation from Steven Wilson and Tim Bowness' 'The Album Years' podcast, episode #6 (1976). According to SW he gave a copy to Mikael Åkerfeldt of Opeth who loved it and even used 'John G Perry' as a placeholder title for one of the tracks on In Cauda Venenum up until the last minute before deciding on song titles.
