A solo artist and composer in his own right, Dunn played with Patton in Fantômas and Tomohawk, while his time in Melvins (Lite) had him work with the highly influential sludge metal/weird rock group in a new format between 2006 and 2016.

28 de oct. de 2022 · Trevor Dunn was born in Eureka, California, on January 30, 1968. He grew up on a typical diet of rock and pop music (favorite artists included Cheap Trick, Kiss, and the Beach Boys), and when he was nine years old he began taking clarinet lessons. At 13, he became more interested in rock, and took up the electric bass, soon joining a local band.
22 de ene. de 2024 · January 22, 2024. Melvins frontman Buzz Osborne, a.k.a. King Buzzo, and Mr. Bungle bassist Trevor Dunn have announced the "King Dunn Tour" for this summer. The trek, which is scheduled to kick off August 1st in Pioneertown, California, will mark Osborne's second-ever solo run and come 10 years after his last solo performances.
14 de ago. de 2021 · Trevor formed the band in 1985, and grew up in Eureka with his co-founders Mike Patton and Trey Spruance. Even after there disbandment in 2000, Dunn continues to enthuse about the band. Since Mr. Bungle Trevor has played in a number of bands: Trevor Dunn's Trio-Convulsant , Electric Masada, Fantômas, Secret Chiefs 3, Melvins, Tomahawk, MadLove and other great projects including John Zorn.
