The Communards oli brittiläinen 1980-luvun popduo.Yhtyeen perusti vuonna 1985 Bronski Beatistä lähtenyt laulaja Jimmy Somerville yhdessä klassisen koulutuksen saaneen muusikon Richard Colesin kanssa.
