Sports are ok but don't play basketball because it's "Daddy Ball". Coaches have kids on the team (not that talented) and they play over other kids that are better....
Chaminade College Preparatory is a private Catholic preparatory school with two campuses in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California. Named after Society of Mary founder Blessed William Joseph Chaminade, Chaminade College Preparatory consists of a middle school (encompassing grades 6–8) located in Chatsworth and a high school (encompassing grades 9–12) located in West Hills.

Chaminade teaches in a modified block schedule. Each day begins at 8:30 a.m. and ends at 3:00 p.m. Classes are 80 minutes long and meet every-other-day. All Chaminade students take seven classes each semester. Classes are divided into a two-day rotation, with each day having four blocks. On Day 1 of the rotation, students attend three classes.
