Carlos Alomar, né le 7 mai 1951 à Ponce, Puerto Rico est un guitariste, compositeur et arrangeur portoricain. Il est surtout connu pour son travail avec David Bowie du milieu des années 1970 au début des années 2000, ayant joué sur plus d'albums de Bowie que tout autre musicien, à l'exception du pianiste Mike Garson .
