El mapa de la fabulosa y mítica ciudad de El Dorado, en donde se encuentra el mayor tesoro de la historia, llega a manos de dos pequeños timadores, Tulio y Miguel, mientras se encuentran presos en la bodega del barco de Hernán Cortés.
