And, the two albums are "Portraits" and "Time and ChaRges." Both excellent, but I'm only talking abo ut "Portraits" here. (I might add that The Cyrkle is also excellent, albeit misplaced. Maybe I'll do a babble about them later.) Anyway, back to "Portraits" by The Buckinghams. Portraits, it seems to me, is a concept album in search of a concept.
