Versiones de la obra. En 1597, la obra Romeo y Julieta fue escenificada con el texto reconstruido a partir del recuerdo de los dos actores que participaron en el primer montaje. La siguiente escenificación, hecha dos años después, fue autorizada y considerada más completa, pues contenía alrededor de setecientos versos más que la versión anterior.
