The end result was Up and Rolling, released during the fall of 2019, featuring the North Mississippi Allstars creating modern Mississippi music inspired by the ancients and reaching into the future. In response to the international tumult of the previous five years, the band got sweeter, more soulful, and mellower on 2022's Set Sail.
