In 2001, DGA completed work with Hardy Holzman Pfeiffer on Fiterman Hall: a 230,000 SF, $36 million adaptive reuse of a 1950s-era office building by Howe and Lescaze into a new adjunct teaching facility for BMCC, NYC’s largest undergraduate institution.
