    Wanna Meet the Scruffs? is another one of those records that I saw around a lot but never seemed to want bad enough to buy. It wasn't until I heard "My Mind" on Come Out and Play: American Power Pop I (1975-78) that I realized I may have missed the boat on this one. When the album came available on CD in 2002 I got my hands on a copy (I wasn't going to miss the same boat twice).
