The Last Stand campaign is an alternate route of L4D1 survivors during the Blood Harvest campaign, which is also re-uses many of Death Toll’s aesthetics and even the light house map is from the first of L4D1 DLC, in which the context of survivors finding a way head to the light house in hope for a rescue supposed to be in there.
