GPs can work up to a maximum of 10 hours a day on our video consultation platform, with a maximum session length of 5 hours. During a session, you will see an average of 4.5 patients per hour. Our sessions are scheduled within our operating times of: • 8am - 8pm on weekdays. • 9am - 5pm on weekends.

Users can add family members and purchase appointments on their behalf. Users who have used the service before can select to see the same GP or healthcare professional for continuity of care.
Push Doctor is registered with the CQC under the name 'Square Health', with the registration number 1-3060117803. Our most recent inspection took place in May 2019, concluding that the service we provide is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led – gaining a 'Good' rating overall.
