While the meat is cooking peel and grate the vegetables. After 30 minutes, release the pressue and add the vegetables, plus another 2 cups of water to the pressure cooker.

Choice Meats is located off of Dillard Street in Winter Garden. They are a family run business since 1982. You will find a very limited supply of produce and other items. This leaves the focus on the quality meat lined up on three sides of the store. The meat had great color and looked quality. Everything appeared fairly.
