The original cut of Delicate Sound of Thunder focused a lot on Jon, Guy and Gary. They weren’t hidden in some backstage room. Lol. I don’t feel the Pink Floyd machine has ever tried to hide or minimize this. Yes, they’ve rereleased things and focused more on Nick and Rick. But Nick and Rick are band members. It only makes logical sense.

It had to have been something pretty personal between them, seeing as David went out of his way to edit Jon out of a performance after Jon claimed credit for uncredited parts. Something happened on that tour in 2016 with Gilmy. Guy Pratt had said a little, but not much.
