DIRE STRAITS: Britische Rockband, gegründet 1977 von Mark und David Knopfler. Seit 1995 leider inaktiv. Diese Band, diese wohl in ihrem Musikstil einmalige Band, begleitete mich auf so ziemlich all meinen Wegen musikalischer Hörgenüsse. ON THE NIGHT, DAS Live- Album aus dem Jahre 1993 ist einfach und absolut ein Muss. Für mich auf jeden Fall.
