While experimenting in various genres he gravitated toward the music of The Allman Brothers Band and never strayed far from it. Moving south to continue his journey he once again played with many different bands, continuing to sharpen his skills, becoming well-known in the North and South Carolina area for his lead/slide guitar and vocal talents.
