I’m going to assume that if you’re reading a review on something that happens so late in the show, you are already somewhat familiar with it, but I will provide a quick refresher.
Thanks to Them shows that Hunter, while still traumatized and not fully healed, is on a road to recovery due to him escaping the abusive environment he was trapped in for years. One of the best episodes of the show. It was an excellent re-introduction to the characters, the timeskip was tasteful, and the main plot was good. Hunter and Luz in particular shone in this episode. The emotional beats with Luz and Camila and Flapjack hit hard. my only complaint is amity's chin 😭.
