He wouldn't have a good backstory because there's no Bruce. And we already have a Robin in the game, it's too late to make Tim red Robin. And the only way to really differentiate the two, would be to give damian a sword, which isn't going to work, because it's lethal. So no, I don't think he'd be a good dlc character.

Because it’s a weapon Damian is comfortable with. Batman doesn’t really have a problem with what weapon someone uses as long as they don’t kill anyone. Same as how Batman still lets Jason use his guns when they work together, but only if he uses them to wound the bad guys. -TT-!
