  3. My current work around is drinking coffee when I wake up around 7 AM and then taking concerta around 10AM. It’s been tough though because I’ve been drinking 2 cups of coffee regularly since I was in high school but I’m down to just drinking one cup in the mornings, hopefully I’ll be able to get off coffee completely so I can rely on the meds to do their job Best of luck!
