26 de feb. de 2023 · Jones faced Shogun Rua at UFC 128. “Bones” continued with his wrestle-centric style and landed three of three takedowns while landing 102 total strikes in only 2.5 rounds before finally finding the TKO finish in round 3. At only 23 years old Jon Jones became the youngest champion in UFC history.
Jones has said previously that he uses JKD. That, I assume is his philosophy to fighting. Jones uses his reach very well, by using leg kicks, and the famous oblique kick. He wrestled at community college until he had kids and dropped out. As you can see from fighting Sonnen, etc, he is very good at it. I wouldn't say he has a "main" style.
