The Bluesbreakers is a spin-off of the White Blues Band, which gained some fame in the Netherlands and Europe in the 1970s and 1980s. Where most blues bands in the Netherlands nowadays focus on blues rock, the BluesBreakers it to traditional blues but in all its many facets and styles. At the same time the band tries to give the music a European twist.
