Colm Tóibín FRSL ([ˈkɔl̪ˠəmˠ t̪ˠoːˈbʲiːnʲ]; 30 de maig de 1955) és un escriptor i crític irlandès que ha guanyat nombrosos guardons per la seva obra literària. També és professor de Literatura comparada a la Universitat de Colúmbia.Va viure a Barcelona entre els anys 1975 i 1978, experiència de la qual van sorgir Homenatge a Barcelona (Columna, 2003) i The South (1990).
