Kasturba Mohandas Gandhi (geboren als Kasturba Makhanji) (Porbandar, 11 april 1869 – Poona, 22 februari 1944) was de echtgenote van Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, gekend als Mahatma Gandhi. Ze is moeder van vijf zonen en stond aan de zijde van haar echtgenoot in diens geweldloze strijd.
Kasturba was born in Porbandar in April 1869, a few months before Gandhiji and in the same town. Her father, Gokuldas Makanji, was a merchant and a friend of Gandhiji's father, Karamchand or 'Kaba' Gandhi. Both the parents decided to knit their families closer together by marrying their two children.

She was the wife of Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi. Like her husband, she was involved in the Indian independence movement in British-ruled India.
Em 1915, quando Gandhi retornou à Índia, Kasturba o acompanhou. Ensinou a higiene, a disciplina, a leitura e a escrita às mulheres e às crianças. Kasturba sofreu de bronquite crônica, que quase evoluiu para uma pneumonia. Ela morreu na prisão, de um ataque cardíaco severo em 22 de fevereiro de 1944.
