Trivia. Der Name Southside Johnny & the Asbury Jukes inspirierte den österreichischen Songwriter und Mastermind Günter Brödl zur Erfindung von Ostbahn-Kurti & die Chefpartie. Willi Resetarits verkörperte viele Jahre lang die Figur des Ostbahn-Kurt und war unter diesem Namen in Österreich ein sehr erfolgreicher Musiker.
