Chained is disturbing and hard to watch in some parts but i've seen much worse, it's fairly surface level with what it shows. The psychological torture stuff and the dialogue is the most effective and disturbing here. A Bone chilling excellent performance from Vincent D'Onofrio and his character is up to par with that.
