Strengthening Families Program. 10 sessions, once a week. For parents and youth 10-17 years of age. Families build communication and problem-solving skills and receive tools to enhance youth peer resistance skill, school success and parenting/caregiver skills. Registration closes on the third session of each class series.
October is Domestic Violence Action (Awareness) Month (DVAM). Each October, communities across the nation join together to recognize the prevalence of domestic violence and honor those who have been affected by violence with vigils, walks, and other awareness-raising activities. DVAM was first recognized in October of 1987.

Prevention program for parents/caregivers of strong willed or highly impulsive children. Focus on health eating/sleeping/school success habits and positive parenting techniques. Registration closes on the third session of each class series.
