Shinya Tsukamoto (塚本 晋也, Tsukamoto Shin'ya ; Shibuya, 1 januari 1960) is een Japanse cultregisseur. Hij debuteerde in 1988 met de cyberpunkfilm Tetsuo the Iron Man.
