20 de mar. de 2024 · 1-step Linux installation scripts: now for CentOS and Ubuntu. Collection of one-step Firebird installation scripts for Linux distributions. The scripts download necessary libraries, configure OS and download and install Firebird, versions 5.0, 4.0, 3.0, 2.5. The first portion is for CentOS 9, 8, 7 and Ubuntu 24 and 22. More to come!
NOTE: Because use of libstdc++ is now deprecated Mac OS X users should be aware that Firebird 2.5.8 will run only on Mac OS X 10.9 or higher versions. If you want to use an earlier version of OS X you will need to use an earlier version of Firebird. "lipo" are the 64-bit Firebird Server with client libs as fat lib (32 and 64 bits).
