5 de sept. de 2006 · Junior Boys - So This is Goodbye. The air around is frozen, but Junior Boys’ circuits are warm to the touch. Their machines are humming. They hum simply because a power flows through them. I promised myself I’d show some restraint in reviewing this album and resist the desire to gush, but I think I’m going to let myself down.
29 de ene. de 2007 · The synths and vocals are more of a focus on So This Is Goodbye, and synths have more reverb and develop a more distinct synthscape. The samples used on this album are BRILLIANT. On In the Morning, a vocal sample is used, "tooo young, ah-ah-ah" that sounds like it was being sung through a fan, which brings back many childhood memories for me.
