Robert Graves Robert von Ranke Graves Poeta y novelista inglés Nació el 24 de julio de 1895 en Wimbledon. Su primer libro de poesía, fue Hadas y fusileros (1917), donde narra sus experiencias en la I Guerra Mundial. En mayo de 1915 formaba parte del cuerpo expedicionario británico que combatió en Francia, un año después fue herido en el Somme.
