29 de abr. de 2015 · The Lilac Time called it a day in 1991 after four albums, the last of which, Astronauts, saw them briefly signed to Creation Records. ... Then, in 1999, a new line-up of The Lilac Time coalesced, including Duffy’s future wife Claire Worrall.
The Lilac Time's only release on Creation Records, Astronauts sold poorly and the group split shortly thereafter. However, it remains -- along with the solo follow-up, Music in Colors -- Duffy's strongest work and a great introduction to his talents.
12 de ene. de 2023 · Word also comes from Lilac Time HQ that there is an expanded version of the superb 1991 album “Astronauts” by The Lilac Time which was originally issued on Creation in a 12 track edition. In 1998, there was an expanded Japanese CD as shown that my loved one bought me which had seven extra tracks [none of them B-sides from the single “Dreaming”] which were excellent.
