Wordshaker Es el segundo álbum de estudio de la banda británica The Saturdays realizado el 12 de octubre de 2009 bajo Fascination Records, es el primer disco en el cual la banda compone una de las canciones "Deeper", la mayoría de estas cuenta con la participación de Ina Wroldsen, que ya había trabajado con ellas en su álbum debut Chasing Lights.

There’s plenty of Spice Girls , Sugababes , and All Saints echoes here, with more than enough over-wailing Leona Lewis -esque vocals.
The Saturdays fue un girl group británico-irlandés creado en 2007 en Londres. Estaba conformado por Frankie Bridge , Rochelle Humes , Una Foden , Vanessa White y Mollie King . Su música ha partido de una base de pop electrónico, aunque durante el desarrollo de su sonido el grupo ha llegado a añadir matices desde pop rock al dance, este último sobre todo hacia el final de su trayectoria.
When it’s at its best, Wordshaker could be the work of Girls Aloud. But there’s still an area that The Saturdays have yet to master – the ballad. Where their contemporaries opt for icy detachment, The Saturdays prefer all out vocal warfare, and as such they manage to bludgeon most of the slower songs to death.
27 de oct. de 2018 · Chasing Lights perfected the generic pop-dance record, and made the Saturdays genuinely competitive in the current music market. Their follow-up record, Wordshaker, does much of the same, combining aggressive basslines and vocals that are a pinch of prowess and two cups of liquid shimmer, and the content is still strong.
