  1. The Healthy Indiana Plan is the state of Indiana’s signature, consumer-driven health coverage program for non-disabled Hoosiers ages 19-64. HIP continues to build on the successes of the original design and lessons learned since initial implementation in 2008. HIP provides incentives for members to take personal responsibility for their health.

  2. Each year, 724 million tons of freight travels though Indiana, making it the fifth busiest state for commercial freight traffic. By 2040, freight flow is expected to increase by 60 percent. Freight mobility depends on the seamless integration of transportation infrastructure.

  3. As a reminder, all the state’s FSA programs have a use-it-or-lose-it rule. Money left at the end of the plan year is not rolled over or reimbursed, so plan carefully.   4. Health Plan Options. The state will continue offering three statewide medical plans for 2023: Consumer-Driven Health Plan 1 (CDHP 1), Consumer-Driven Health Plan 2 (CDHP 2) and Traditional Plan. All three available plans are in the National (BlueCard) PPO network with Anthem and have a prescription drug plan through CVS Caremark.

  6. Taxpayers can request a payment plan by leveraging Indiana DOR’s website call INtax Pay or by calling the DOR. Individuals with income taxes and businesses who conduct retail sales can leverage the website. However, if a taxpayer owes less than $100 dollars, they cannot use the website and must call DOR at 317-232-2165.

  7. Public Comment for Indiana's 2024-2027 Unified State WIOA Plan is now closed. The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) requires states to submit a unified or combined State Plan that outlines a four-year strategy for the state’s workforce development system. Additional updates and modifications to the State Plan are submitted to DOL every two years.
