5 de sept. de 2007 · 'Double Up' by Bill Connors may be a FEW years old, but I believe it is some of the best guitar fusion out there. Yes, it does have an Allen Holdsworth sound to it, but Bill does have his own voice and perhaps he does hat tip to Mr. Holdsworth. We don't live in a vacuum, so we are influenced by a lot of what we hear.

Bill Connors. American jazz guitar player (* September 24, 1949 in Los Angeles, California). Bill became known as the first guitarist (prior to Al Di Meola) in Chick Corea's group Return To Forever. He only played on the second release Hymn Of The Seventh Galaxy.
