  7. Hughie Thomasson was an American musician and songwriter best known as the lead guitarist and co-founder of the Southern rock band Outlaws. He was born on August 13, 1952 in Buchanan, Virginia, United States. Thomasson began playing guitar at the age of 12 and was influenced by the music of Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, and Hank Williams.
