The New Jersey native started out as a drummer and picked up the bass as a teenager. In the late 1960s, Bremy played with a popular local covers band called Heaven’s Sundae and later studied music at William Paterson University.

Pete Bremy has been playing bass for over 50 years, and has been bassist for Vanilla Fudge since 2010.
