I listened to the Stereo remaster of the regular album of this set and it’s the best I’ve ever heard this record. Obviously the Velvet Underground aren’t an audiophile band, but I believe this version of the original stereo release preserves the intent of the album Lou Reed heard in his head better than I’ve ever heard it.
