Yasmin Aga Khan, daughter of the late screen actress Rita Hayworth and Prince Aly Aga Khan, was born in Switzerland. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bennington College in Vermont. The event expanded to Chicago in 1987. Combined, the Rita Hayworth Galas have raised more than $86 million for the cause.
