On set Orny Adams was told to never look at any student in particular, when he was yelling at Greenberg, so that fans wouldn't think a certain actor portraits him.
unfortunately no, Greenberg never appeared in Teen Wolf. The only reason we know it's a real person and not a product of Coach's imagination is the fact that Stiles knew who Greenberg was but in the end we never saw him and no actor was credited for playing Greenberg.
