Wicked Crown is an unlockable trinket added in The Binding of Isaac: Repentance. Causes a Treasure Room and Shop to generate in Sheol. Cannot appear in Greed Mode. The spawned Treasure Room will have one of 22 unique layouts for the floor. Card Reading will spawn a second portal if Isaac has the trinket upon entering Sheol. This trinket has an angelic counterpart in Holy Crown.
