Accuracy maxes out at 100 percent and the game doesn't take your extra accuracy into account when you attack an enemy limb that has an evasion stat. Meaning if you attack an enemy head which has 80 evasion. You will have a 20% chance to actually hit it. So the glasses are useless unless you got a "blinded" debuff. I miss probably 2 out of 3 ...
