La Mancomunidad de Naciones (en inglés, Commonwealth of Nations ), antes denominada Mancomunidad Británica de Naciones ( British Commonwealth of Nations ), es una organización compuesta por 56 países soberanos que, con la excepción de Togo, Gabón, Mozambique y Ruanda, 1 comparten lazos históricos con el Reino Unido.

9 de sept. de 2022 · La Mancomunidad de Naciones o Commonwealth es un organismo intergubernamental de cooperación económica y cultural liderado por el Reino Unido. Lo integran 56 Estados, en su mayoría antiguas colonias británicas. Togo y Gabón han sido los últimos en sumarse al Reino Unido, India, Australia, Canadá, países del Caribe, el Pacífico, Asia y África.

The Commonwealth of Nations, often simply referred to as the Commonwealth, [4] is an international association of 56 member states, the vast majority of which are former territories of the British Empire from which it developed. [2] . They are connected through their use of the English language and historical-cultural ties.
The Commonwealth is a voluntary association of 56 independent and equal countries. It is home to 2.5 billion people, and includes both advanced economies and developing countries. 33 of our members are small states, including many island nations. Our member governments have agreed to shared goals like development, democracy and peace.
