  4. 9 de jul. de 2015 · Another point, and I do not recall seeing it mentioned here, or elsewhere, is at the beginning of the movie, when the dog thing first makes contact with the members of outpost 31, it jumps up on Bennings, and proceeds to attempt licking his face. Anyone who has had a dog do that to them knows that there is going to be at least some success.

This probably ruled out any chance of build-it-yourself weapons, or made it less desirable to introduce them, and the weapons were never the point anyway.
